A key focus of how we partner with workplaces, or individuals, is to help people have a better day at work, or home. This comes through a better understanding of themselves, and others, and the modern world.
This can be through targeted workplace learning and awareness programs, building specific learning content, and consulting with groups or individuals to help them change, learn, and be supported.

Group Awareness Sessions
Take time for your employees to learn about, and discuss Executive Functions and Neurodiversity types, traits, and challenges. Help them feel equipped to be more supportive when working with colleagues or clients.

Manager Awareness & Support
Strengthen a manager’s knowledge of neurodiversity and a diagnosis an employee may have disclosed. Manager’s gain knowledge, tips on responding to the employee, along with a structured approach and templated meeting ideas to drive better conversations.

Manager & Employee – Joint Support
Spending time privately with an employee and then their manager to discuss any challenges and needs, and then a joint meeting to help drive dialogue and support. We review areas to explore through work that could be different and prioritise some tools and strategies to make adjustments.

Workplace Learning
With experience and knowledge in Instructional Design and Organisational Change, I support your employees by building learning and change journeys and artefacts.
My focus is short-term support to boost skills, redesign learning and create content to drive change. A key passion is ensuring learning meets the needs of neurodivergent employees and is enhanced to suit modern technology.

1:1 Coaching
I deliver private coaching to any employee or manager to support ongoing time management and productivity needs, or help with the ups and downs of the workplace, including strategies for reducing stress and overwhelm or meeting goals and expectations.
